Updated Date : 01 Aug 2014
The Bahraini Football Association has referred the letter of the national team’s head coach Anthony Hudson to the legal counsel to undertake the appropriate legal procedures after his decision in leaving the association despite being under contract with the BFA until 2016.
The decision was made in an urgent meeting chaired by BFA President Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa with the board members today where it was decided to resort to legal procedures to safeguard the association's legal and financial rights.
The national team’s training program will still continue as planned under the supervision of the olympic team’s head coach Adrian Whitbread who will begin his duties on August 7th, almost a week before their two weeks overseas training camp in Valencia, Spain.
